I am so glad that you have chosen to visit the Van Buren UMC website. We are a small community, but we want to reach out to people who may be looking for a church home. Van Buren UMC is a small church with a warm heart. We love to have visitors join us for worship. We enjoy a relaxed -traditional style of worship. We are blessed with great musicians and a congregation who has a great appreciation for good music.
We offer Bible centered messages that we hope will speak to the heart of each person and challenge them in their daily and weekly walk with Christ. Each Sunday morning, our worship is broadcast over the radio. Look for that link on our homepage. We can also be found on Facebook.
We have a strong concern for the people of Van Buren. We are very involved in reaching out to the children in our community through Kid’s Hope, NOT Home Alone, and Little Ones Book Club. We are also involved in the Food Pantry which is overseen by all of the churches in Van Buren. Wherever there is a need, you are apt to find Van Buren UMC members and friends somewhere in the solution.
We would love to have you join us for worship on Sunday morning. We seek to be a Growing Church of Growing Christians sharing Jesus Christ with Van Buren and the world.
